Our products are provided with a 2-year warranty (1 year for VAT number holders) starting from the issue date of the fiscal document proving the purchase.
Geotech will honour the 2-year warranty and provide proper technical assistance.
What the Geotech warranty does cover:
- Damage due to manufacturing faults
- Manufacturing defects of the product
- Missing parts that prevent the product from functioning properly
What the Geotech warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from wear and tear
- Malfunctions resulting due to failure to read the instructions
- Damage resulting from mishandling by the courier or seller
