The GeoTech EA520 EVO auger is an ideal tool for a wide range of tasks in both construction and agriculture. Used to create holes in the ground, its applications range from planting fruit trees to installing concrete posts or building fence bases.

This model stands out for its power-to-weight ratio, featuring a 51.7 cc two-stroke engine. The engine delivers a power output of 1.4 kW (1.8 HP) and is completed by a die-cast transmission with gear lubrication in a grease bath.

The GeoTech EA520 EVO comes with interchangeable bits ranging from 10 cm to 20 cm in diameter and a bit extension for greater depths. The gearbox, made with hardened steel gears also lubricated in grease, is designed to withstand high stresses.

The 1:40 transmission reduction ratio allows the bit to rotate up to 160 rpm, greatly facilitating the extraction phase from the ground. The auger is also one of the lightest on the market, weighing only 9.4 kg.
