The GeoTech ES 2450 BLADES electric chipper is designed to reduce shrubs and twigs to a manageable size, perfect for composting. Shredding accelerates the decomposition process, allowing the production of nutrient-rich humus for the soil and plants.
The GeoTech ES 2450 BLADES is extremely practical and easy to transport, thanks to its light weight of 11 kg and the presence of wheels and a handle, which facilitate its movement around any part of the garden. The chipper can handle branches up to a maximum diameter of 45 mm, making it suitable for working with small and medium-sized wood.
The shredding system is based on two reversible blades mounted on a rotating disc, ensuring a precise and quick cut. However, like all chippers, it is not suitable for grinding materials such as grass, loose leaves or pine needles, but it can handle vegetation attached to the branches.
To achieve the best performance, it is advisable to use freshly cut and regularly shaped branches, as dry or knotty branches may reduce cutting capacity and cause faster wear of the blades.
