Tractor-mounted wood pellet machine GeoTech-Pr TWPM200

The GeoTech-Pro TWPM200 tractor-mounted wood pellet machine allows the production of pellets directly at home, eliminating the need to purchase large quantities of pre-packaged fuel. This machine processes wood chips generated by a chipper into high-energy yield fuel, providing a practical and cost-effective solution for recycling plant residues.

It is powered through the tractor’s PTO (Power Take-Off), ensuring a direct connection. The machine is compatible with tractors starting from 15 horsepower. It comes equipped with a 6 mm die, producing uniform, high-quality pellets.

Optimal pellet production requires wood chips from a chipper. The wood chips must be small and consistent in size. It is recommended to use chippers with an interchangeable screen at the outlet to ensure proper and uniform particle size.

The pellet extrusion system features a flat rotating die with a 200 mm diameter. The material compression is performed by two press rollers, each equipped with two bearings, ensuring stability and efficiency during the production process. The rollers’ movement is directly powered by the tractor’s PTO. The material is loaded through the top hopper, while the finished pellets are discharged laterally through a dedicated outlet channel.

The hourly output of the pellet mill ranges from 80 to 105 kg, producing pellets with a 6 mm diameter and a length between 25 and 35 mm.

Additionally, the die can be replaced to produce pellets with diameters of 4, 6, or 8 mm.
