Petrol wood pellet machine GeoTech-Pro GWPM150 – Home production of pellet for heating

The GeoTech petrol pellet mill is designed for domestic pellet production for heating, allowing you to obtain fuel directly at home without buying pellet bags. Thanks to its pressing system, it transforms wood chips produced by a wood chipper into high-quality pellets, ensuring an efficient and profitable recycling of plant waste.

This machine is powered by a 7 HP petrol engine, enabling operation even without electricity. The included die has 6 mm holes, producing standard-sized pellets suitable for stoves and domestic boilers. The hourly production ranges from 35 to 65 kg, with a pellet length between 25 and 35 mm.

The pressing system consists of a flat rotating die with a 150 mm diameter and a pair of compression rollers, each equipped with two bearings to ensure uniform compression of the material. The wood chips are loaded from above through a dedicated hopper, while the pellet discharge is lateral, through a dedicated channel.

The machine offers the option to replace the die to produce pellets of different diameters, such as 4, 6, and 8 mm, adapting to various heating needs.

Additionally, it is equipped with robust hard rubber wheels, designed to facilitate transport and ensure easy movement even on uneven surfaces.
