The GeoTech-Pro EWPM120S electric pellet mill is designed for domestic pellet production, enabling users to obtain heating fuel directly at home without purchasing bags of combustible material. This machine is ideal for recycling wood chips produced by a chipper, transforming plant waste into high-efficiency fuel.
The unit is powered by a 3 HP single-phase electric motor, designed for connection to a standard 230 V domestic power supply. The machine is equipped with a 6 mm die, producing standard pellets suitable for stoves and boilers. The hourly output ranges from 25 to 45 kg, while the pellet length remains between 25 and 35 mm, meeting household heating needs.
The pressing system features a 120 mm flat rotating die, directly driven by the electric motor. Material compression is ensured by a pair of 78 mm pressing rollers, each equipped with two bearings to guarantee uniform and continuous processing.
The wood chip loading is performed through an upper hopper, designed for easy material insertion, while the discharge occurs laterally through a dedicated channel.
For proper operation, it is essential to use wood chips produced by chippers with an interchangeable screen, capable of producing uniformly sized and sufficiently small chips.
The machine allows for the replacement of the die, enabling the production of pellets with different diameters, including 4, 6, and 8 mm, to suit various heating requirements.
Additionally, please note that the electric cable for connection is not included. It is recommended to rely on a qualified electrician for installation to ensure proper connection to the domestic power network.
