The GeoTech-Pro EWPM200T three-phase electric pellet machine is designed for domestic and semi-professional heating pellet production, allowing the creation of fuel directly at home without purchasing pellet bags. This machine enables the recycling of wood chips produced by a chipper, converting plant waste into a high-efficiency fuel.
The machine is powered by a robust 10 HP three-phase electric motor. The included die, with 6 mm holes, produces standard pellets suitable for stoves and boilers. The hourly output ranges from 70 to 90 kg, with pellet lengths between 25 and 35 mm, ensuring efficient production for domestic needs.
The pressing system consists of a flat rotating die with a diameter of 200 mm, combined with a pair of press rollers, each equipped with two bearings, providing uniform and continuous material compression.
The wood chips are loaded through a top hopper, and pellet discharge occurs laterally via a dedicated channel.
For proper use, it is essential to use wood chips from chippers with an interchangeable screen, ensuring small, uniform flakes.
The machine allows for die replacement, enabling the production of pellets with different diameters (4 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm) to meet various heating needs.
Additionally, please note that the power cable is not included. For installation, the assistance of a qualified electrician is recommended to ensure proper connection to the domestic power network.
