The GeoTech PRL single-shank subsoiler is an agricultural machine designed to perform subsoiling or soil scarification. Thanks to its compatibility with the three-point hitch of the tractor, this tool improves soil conditions by breaking up compacted layers.
Using the subsoiler reduces working time compared to a rotary tiller, while also preserving the organic matter and microorganisms present in the soil, helping to maintain the natural fertility of the land.
Unlike plowing, this type of work prevents the formation of a plow pan, a phenomenon that could hinder proper root growth and water drainage.
The GeoTech PRL subsoiler has a total height of 106 cm and requires a tractor with a power range of 30 to 40 HP. The working depth varies between 40 and 60 cm, while the blade width is 6.5 cm. The distance between the lower hitch pins is 47 cm, ensuring easy installation and compatibility with different types of tractors.
