Tractor-mounted wood pellet machine GeoTech-Pro TWPM230 – For home production of pellet for heating

The GeoTech-Pro TWPM230 tractor pellet mill is designed for domestic and semi-professional pellet production, allowing the direct creation of heating fuel at home without purchasing pellet bags.

This pellet machine is powered directly through the PTO (Power Take-Off) of the tractor, requiring a minimum power of 23 HP, making it ideal for agricultural and forestry use. The included die has 6 mm holes, producing standard pellets suitable for stoves and boilers. The hourly output ranges from 90 to 110 kg, with pellet lengths between 25 and 35 mm, ensuring efficient production for domestic needs.

The pressing system consists of a flat rotating die with a diameter of 230 mm, driven directly by the tractor’s PTO. Compression is ensured by a pair of press rollers, each equipped with two bearings, guaranteeing uniform and continuous extrusion of the material.

The wood chips are loaded via a top hopper, designed to facilitate material input, while pellet discharge occurs laterally through a dedicated channel.

For optimal performance, it is necessary to use wood chips from chippers capable of producing small, uniformly shaped flakes.

Additionally, the machine allows for die replacement, enabling the production of pellets with different diameters (4 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm) to suit various heating needs.
